THE RULES FOR USING MESSY MIND STUDIO.

By accessing or using Messy Mind Studio, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Additional terms may apply to particular features, connected services, subscriptions, purchases or third-party platforms. Where that happens, those additional terms form part of your agreement for that feature.

TOOLS FOR REAL WORK.
USED RESPONSIBLY.

You may use Messy Mind Studio for legitimate personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms, applicable law and any technical limits or usage rules communicated within the service.

You are responsible for the instructions, data, files, content and actions you submit to a workflow, and for determining whether the resulting output is appropriate for your intended use.

KEEP ACCESS YOURS.

If an account is required, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting account credentials and promptly notifying us if you believe your account or a connected service has been accessed without authorization.

Do not share passwords, API secrets, access tokens or other sensitive credentials with anyone who should not have access to them.

AUTHORIZATION DOESN'T REMOVE YOUR CONTROL.

Some features may connect with third-party platforms such as publishing, productivity or infrastructure services. You choose whether to authorize those connections.

Your use of a connected service remains subject to that provider's own terms, policies, permissions and technical rules. We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions or actions controlled by an external provider.

YOUR CONTENT STAYS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

You retain the rights you already have in content you submit to Messy Mind Studio. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit and transform that content for the purpose of providing the service you request.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content and to instruct us to process it.

Messy Mind Studio's software, interface, branding, original website content and other proprietary materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. Rights in AI-generated material may depend on applicable law, the nature of the output and the terms of relevant technology providers.

DON'T BREAK THE SYSTEM.

You must not use Messy Mind Studio to:

If Messy Mind Studio offers paid products, subscriptions or other digital services, the price, scope and any product-specific terms will be shown before purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party checkout or storefront providers. Their payment terms and policies may also apply. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

WE'RE BUILDING.
THINGS WILL EVOLVE.

Messy Mind Studio may change, add, remove, test or discontinue features as the platform develops. Beta, preview or experimental features may be incomplete, unavailable at times or change without the same stability guarantees as mature features.

We may also perform maintenance, respond to security issues or make changes required by third-party services, infrastructure providers or law.

USE JUDGMENT.
KEEP HUMAN CONTROL.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Messy Mind Studio is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose.

You remain responsible for decisions made using the service and for reviewing outputs before they are acted on. Our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

ACCESS CAN END WHEN THE RULES ARE BROKEN.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent abuse, comply with law, respond to third-party platform requirements, investigate misuse or enforce these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue, unless doing so would create a security, legal or operational risk.

THE BORING STRUCTURAL BITS.

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive it.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page and, where required, by providing additional notice.

These Terms operate subject to applicable law, including any mandatory rights and protections that apply based on your location or status as a consumer.
