ACCOUNT & CONTACT
Email address, account details and messages you send to us.
Systems, content and workflows for messy minds.
Privacy information should be understandable before it becomes legal paperwork. This policy explains what Messy Mind Studio may collect, why we use it, how connected services work, and what choices you have.
We use data to operate, secure and improve Messy Mind Studio and to perform actions you request.
Connected platforms are accessed only after you authorize the connection.
You can disconnect integrations and contact us about access, correction or deletion of your data.
The information we process depends on how you use Messy Mind Studio. It may include the categories below.
Email address, account details and messages you send to us.
Briefs, prompts, instructions, generated outputs and configuration needed to perform requested workflows.
Basic device, browser, diagnostic, security and usage information generated when the service is used.
Identifiers, permissions, tokens and service data made available after you authorize an external integration.
We may also process information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, protect the service, or establish and defend legal claims.
Messy Mind Studio is designed around AI-assisted workflows. When a workflow requires it, relevant task content may be processed by AI, infrastructure or other service providers used to deliver that workflow.
We aim to send only the information needed for the requested operation and to use service configurations appropriate for production workflows. Specific providers, retention settings and contractual safeguards may change as the platform evolves.
Automated systems may help generate, classify, validate or route content. Human review and control may remain part of the workflow depending on the feature.
Some features may connect Messy Mind Studio with external platforms. A connection is created only when you choose to authorize it through the relevant provider's authentication process.
We use the permissions made available to us only to provide the connected feature you request. You can revoke access through the external service where supported, and you may also contact us to request deletion of data associated with a connection.
If you connect Pinterest, we may receive account identifiers, authorization information and Pinterest data made available through the permissions you grant. Depending on the feature, this may include information needed to prepare, publish or manage Pins and related content.
Pinterest data is used to perform actions you request through Messy Mind Studio, such as supporting an authorized publishing workflow or related account functionality.
We may retain authorization tokens, account or content identifiers and operational records needed to keep the integration functioning, secure and auditable.
Messy Mind Studio does not receive your Pinterest password when you authorize the integration through Pinterest's authentication process.
You can revoke Messy Mind Studio's access through the controls provided by Pinterest. Revoking access prevents future API access using the revoked authorization.
You may contact us at support@messymindstudio.com to request deletion of Pinterest-related personal data held by Messy Mind Studio, subject to any information we must retain for security or legal reasons.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse. These measures may include access controls, encrypted connections, provider security controls and operational logging.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal data, we will handle it in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain security and operational records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations or enforce agreements.
Different categories of data may have different retention periods. Authorization data for connected services may also expire or become unusable when access is revoked.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal data, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Contact Messy Mind Studio and include enough detail for us to understand and respond to your request.
