AI & AUTOMATED PROCESSING

Messy Mind Studio is designed around AI-assisted workflows. When a workflow requires it, relevant task content may be processed by AI, infrastructure or other service providers used to deliver that workflow.
We aim to send only the information needed for the requested operation and to use service configurations appropriate for production workflows. Specific providers, retention settings and contractual safeguards may change as the platform evolves.
Automated systems may help generate, classify, validate or route content. Human review and control may remain part of the workflow depending on the feature.

Some features may connect Messy Mind Studio with external platforms. A connection is created only when you choose to authorize it through the relevant provider's authentication process.
We use the permissions made available to us only to provide the connected feature you request. You can revoke access through the external service where supported, and you may also contact us to request deletion of data associated with a connection.

Messy Mind Studio may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies that are necessary for security, authentication, preferences and core site functionality. If non-essential analytics or similar technologies are introduced, we will provide the disclosures and consent controls required by applicable law.

BUILT TO LIMIT UNNECESSARY EXPOSURE.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse. These measures may include access controls, encrypted connections, provider security controls and operational logging.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal data, we will handle it in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Different categories of data may have different retention periods. Authorization data for connected services may also expire or become unusable when access is revoked.

HOW CONNECTED PLATFORM DATA IS USED.
WHAT WE MAY ACCESS
When you connect a supported social media or publishing service, Messy Mind Studio may receive the account, authorization, content and publishing information made available through the permissions you approve. Depending on the platform and feature, this may include account or profile identifiers, available publishing destinations, content identifiers, publication status and other data required to perform the requested workflow.
WHY WE ACCESS IT
Connected-platform data is used only to provide the integration and actions you request, such as connecting an account, selecting a publishing destination, preparing approved content for publication, publishing or managing approved content, checking publication status, and diagnosing integration errors.
AUTHORIZATION & CREDENTIALS
Connections are established through the authorization method provided by the relevant platform, such as OAuth. Messy Mind Studio does not ask you to provide your social media account password. Access tokens and similar authorization credentials are handled as sensitive information and are used only to operate the authorized connection.
YOUR CONTROL OVER PUBLISHING
Connecting an account does not give Messy Mind Studio unrestricted permission to publish. Publishing and other account actions are performed only within the functionality you authorize and the workflow you request or approve. Where a connected platform requires specific user approval for an action, Messy Mind Studio is designed to preserve that control.
STORAGE & PLATFORM RULES
We limit storage of connected-platform data to what is necessary for the integration, security, troubleshooting and permitted workflow continuity. Some platforms impose additional restrictions on what API data may be stored, combined, reused or shared. Where those rules are stricter than this general description, Messy Mind Studio follows the applicable platform requirements.
DISCONNECTING & DELETION
You can revoke a connection using the controls provided by the relevant social media service where available. Revocation prevents future access using the revoked authorization. You may also contact support@messymindstudio.com to request deletion of personal data held by Messy Mind Studio in connection with an integration, subject to information we must retain for security, legal or compliance purposes.
